prototyping

  To get a real test before big investment on tooling development or massive production, it is a smart operation, usually we advise customer to make some prototyping with a design nearly closing to final model. We know that there is a big possibility to miss some things only in the logical world, the sample test can verify our previous prediction, to give us a choice with low cost to eliminate and modify any defect or fault in design.

Aluminum bar is common material for us to make prototype, as it’s good feature of light, easily machining, strong mechanical properties, available for various surface finish.

It will take 7-15 days for us to make some prototypes, based on the quantity no more than 5pcs, and not too complicated sharp.

tooling design

Reigstone can design and manufacture the tooling of client desired, whatever it is a single cavity die, multiple-cavity die, or family die. We have the ability to build the perfect and practice mould according to the configuration of the parts and other requirements customer may have

die casting

Our plant has very complete series of die casting machines, from 200 tons to 1250 tons. Casting weight could be from 10 grams to 12kgs.

All operation activities are full automatically, from pouring to injection, closing &opening the tooling, spraying tooling, fetching the casting, with high quality conveyor. To make the whole process is easy and smooth, to get very higher efficient and stable quality on the production

precision machining

Our factory owns great top-level engineers for the machining solution, someone once serviced Bosch projects more than 10 years. Combination with our state-of-the-art machining equipment, we assist our clients have developed a number of high-end projects with very tight tolerance features

surface finish

In order to meet the demands of parts used in specified circumstance from different industries’ clients. We supply various surface finish methods, including sand blasting, powder coating, painting, plating, electrophoresis, polishing, anodizing, etc. we also called it value-added service.

diversified packaging

Normally we supply carton plus pallet or carton+ box or only box to ship the massive orders.

For some high surface requirements, we can add independent packing for each piece plus strengthened box as outer packaging. It can be very flexible and available for different demands.
