The housings of flood light or street light, are the commonly adopted with die casting process.Enough strength can get well protection from the outer force impacting. but sufficient lightweight for easily moving and safety assembly.

Heat sink or radiator used in LED light usually are asked a very good function to release the heat at a short time，otherwise the light couldn’t bear a long-lasting life due to the continuous overheat. At other side, the weight of radiator couldn’t be heavy, or it will add the risks of dropping down due to the overload of the integrated lighting device.

The aluminum alloy just meets those requirements, light and has good thermal conductivity. Connecting die casting process, it can make the radiator more economy for massive production.
