Below is a example of machining solution of a rain wiper for a Franch car maker,As the drawing required,it at least need 5 axis to up to the tolerance requirement,As the part has some tight requirements on the geometric tolerances.After our engineer deeply analysised,we got a nearly perfect solution to process it well with 4 axis.It really save the cost without more expensive machines.The designer level at the most possibility decides the quality grade,we have a group of top engineers to support our clients to get the best solution at the intial state of a new project development.
